I have some news to share with you.
We've just launched Ponto Controverso on Spotify, Petereit Advogados' new podcast.
The idea is to have a more open, direct conversation about what we have experienced for over 20 years alongside business owners: difficult decisions, corporate crises, shareholder conflicts, labour and tax risks, and above all, those moments when deciding stops being a simple choice.
In the first episode, “The Decision Point | When Deciding Hurts,” we start from a reflection that applies to many companies: not every crisis begins with a major problem. Often, it begins with a decision that kept getting postponed. The episode covers real situations involving family businesses, partner relationships, labour issues, tax debts and asset protection.
The idea behind Ponto Controverso is not to hand out ready-made answers, but to raise good questions and share experiences from our everyday professional life.
