Petereit Advogados Compliance Solutions

Certified corporate training for employees, teams and leadership

See the programmes

Corporate environments that are safe, ethical and legally protected are not built on good intentions alone — they require clear policies, prepared leadership, informed employees and proper documentation. Without those, internal conflicts, labour claims, complaints and reputational crises tend to appear.

It was from that reality that Petereit Advogados Associados structured a dedicated Compliance Solutions practice: certified corporate training to reduce legal risk, strengthen internal culture and build more respectful and safer workplaces.

The programmes are tailored to the size, sector and reality of each company, always in accessible language and focused on preventing labour, administrative, reputational and institutional liabilities.

PROGRAMME 01

Anti-Racism Policies and Practices Training

Building corporate environments that are more inclusive, respectful and legally protected

Racism in the workplace can surface in “harmless” remarks, jokes, exclusion, stereotypes and barriers to career growth — and it can lead to labour claims, damages, administrative complaints and reputational crises for the company.

What the programme covers

  • Structural racism and how it manifests in professional relationships
  • Explicit and covert discriminatory conduct
  • The company's responsibility when a complaint is filed
  • Duties of leadership, managers and HR teams
  • Internal reporting and support channels
  • Legal and reputational consequences

WHO IT IS FOR

Designed for employees, managers, leaders, HR, administrative and commercial teams.

WHY RUN IT

Companies that train their teams demonstrate a commitment to diversity, reduce labour-related risk and strengthen their internal culture.

DELIVERY

In person or online, with certification and content adaptable to the company's internal policy.

PROGRAMME 02

Workplace Harassment Prevention Training

Leadership is not abuse: prevention, conduct and accountability in the workplace

Excessive demands, humiliation, professional isolation and disproportionate pressure may constitute workplace harassment. Not every performance demand is abuse, but every company needs to tell legitimate management apart from abusive conduct.

What the programme covers

  • The difference between legitimate performance demands and abusive conduct
  • Humiliation, public exposure and embarrassment
  • Vertical, horizontal and organisational harassment
  • Responsibility of leaders and managers
  • How to act when a complaint is filed
  • Labour, compensatory and reputational consequences

Designed for leadership, managers, supervisors, coordinators, HR and employees in general.

WHY RUN IT

Reduces the risk of labour claims, improves the organisational climate and protects the psychological health of teams.

DELIVERY

In person or online, with certification and integration with the code of conduct and reporting channels.

PROGRAMME 03

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Respect, boundaries and accountability in professional relationships

Inappropriate comments, insinuations, messages of a sexual nature and the use of hierarchy to obtain advantage cause deep harm to the victim and severe legal consequences for the company and its managers.

What the programme covers

  • The difference between harassment, molestation and inappropriate conduct
  • Abuse of power and hierarchy
  • How to receive complaints and conduct internal investigations
  • Duty of confidentiality and protection of the victim
  • Risks of retaliation
  • Legal consequences for the company and those involved

WHO IT IS FOR

Designed for companies of every size: employees, leadership, HR and teams in contact with clients, suppliers and third parties.

WHY RUN IT

Strengthens internal prevention channels and demonstrates a genuine institutional commitment to safety and respect.

DELIVERY

In person or online, with certification and adaptation to the code of conduct and the reporting policy.

PROGRAMME 04

Compliance in Relationships with Suppliers and Third Parties

Ethics, transparency and conflict prevention in business relationships

A large share of a company's risk originates in its relationships with suppliers and third parties. Gifts, improper advantages, favouritism and the absence of objective contracting criteria can create significant liabilities and compromise the reputation of the business.

What the programme covers

  • Ethical supplier relationships and conflicts of interest
  • Gifts, presents, hospitality and improper advantages
  • Contracting people or companies connected to employees
  • Confidential and privileged information
  • Expected conduct in commercial negotiations
  • Good governance and documentation practices

WHO IT IS FOR

Designed for procurement, finance, commercial, legal, supply and contract management teams.

WHY RUN IT

Reduces the risk of fraud, favouritism and manager liability, protecting the company's institutional trust.

DELIVERY

In person or online, with certification and the option to review internal policies on suppliers and conflicts of interest.

PROGRAMME 05

Anti-Ageism Policies Training

Respect across generations and prevention of age discrimination

Ageism can affect both experienced professionals and younger employees — through disparaging remarks, exclusion from opportunities, stereotypes and resistance to promotion. A healthy environment requires intergenerational coexistence built on respect.

What the programme covers

  • Discrimination against both young and experienced professionals
  • Generational stereotypes in the workplace
  • Inappropriate language and discriminatory remarks
  • Criteria for promotion, hiring and dismissal
  • Intergenerational inclusion
  • Labour and reputational risks

WHO IT IS FOR

Designed for employees, leadership, HR and the areas responsible for hiring, appraisal and dismissal.

WHY RUN IT

Contributes to talent retention, improves coexistence between generations and reduces the risk of discrimination.

DELIVERY

In person or online, with certification and adaptation to the company's internal people management practices.

PROGRAMME 06

Training Against Gender Discrimination Practices

Equality, respect and safety in working relationships

Unequal treatment, barriers to advancement, jokes, pay inequality and professional invalidation undermine the company's culture and its ability to retain talent.

What the programme covers

  • Unequal treatment and professional barriers
  • Inappropriate language and discriminatory remarks
  • Respect for gender identity
  • Leadership, motherhood and career
  • Reporting and support channels
  • Labour and reputational consequences

WHO IT IS FOR

Designed for employees, leadership, HR and the areas responsible for hiring, promotion and dismissal.

WHY RUN IT

Reduces legal risk, strengthens the employer brand and demonstrates a real commitment to a fairer culture.

DELIVERY

In person or online, with certification and adaptation to the company's reality and internal policies.

WHAT SETS IT APART

Legal compliance solutions

Petereit Advogados' training programmes are not conceived as one-off lectures or purely motivational content — they are instruments of legal prevention, risk management and cultural strengthening.

In the event of a labour claim, internal complaint, administrative investigation or reputational crisis, the existence of clear policies, regular training and certification records can be relevant in demonstrating that the company adopted a preventive and responsible stance.

Each solution may include, according to the company's needs:

  • Preliminary assessment of internal risks
  • In-person or online training
  • Support materials for participants
  • Certification
  • Review or creation of internal policies
  • Support in structuring reporting channels
  • Guidance for leadership and managers
  • Alignment of codes of conduct
  • Legal support in sensitive situations
